ImageWelcome to the Careers section and I hope you have had a good look around the rest of the website in order to get a feel for how we operate. You will see quite clearly that there is a strong commitment from our side to utilise IT in creating new business opportunities and maintaining the highest standards with regards to Client Service. We translate the traditional IFA values of best advice, independence, service and choice into a modern platform that uses technology to improve our proposition and increase turnover. Therefore, we are only looking for financial professionals who share this view and can deliver these same values to the international market place as a Globaleye Wealth Manager.

You should be a qualified financial professional holding suitable accreditations from your home country. That said, we put everyone through an in-house training course and encourage you to sit the CII (Award).  We also consider individuals who have been in a closely related industry or indeed those who can demonstrate an ability to operate effectively among professionals and understand the world of business. Sales is key in every line of business and this attribute should feature high on your abilities.

ImageBeing the largest purveyors of fine financial advice in the Middle East with aspirations to replicate the same worldwide, we place great onus on our image and guard it vehemently. We adopt a business attire all year round (we do not entertain mufti days!) and maintain professional office premises. Our Head Office hosts a Board Room for seminars, meeting rooms, individual work stations, a fully networked wireless office with everyone working off laptops, large marble decorated reception, video projector, flat screen TV (Bloomberg) and a Lavazza machine for Capuccino/Espresso (with biscotti!) – we like to think we are portraying the correct image. Moreover, we have an office Driver who can collect HNW clients and we have our own Courier who may be seen around town delivering documents on our liveried Police Bike.

ImageWe have made unique innovations in IT and our GDB (Globaleye Database) enables Wealth Managers to effectively manage their business process from Suspect through to Client stage. The computerised system allows you to clean names, check for existing prospects and have client data on hand even remotely i.e it is online. Moreover, the system works closely with our email marketing system so each “Suspect” receives an email of introduction before a telephone call. We have effectively eliminated the “cold call” by making a less aggressive and more productive approach through the use of effective data management and email marketing. The GDB tells you when it is your Clients Birthday, Policy Anniversary, Service Call, Wedding Anniversary etc all from your laptop or PDA (not some dusty filing cabinet!). Moreover, our Clients recieve a Globaleye Birthday card and in some cases a Globaleye Birthday Cake!

Our effective use of email to obtain business through our GBS (Globaleye Bulletin Service) is also unique whereby we send literally thousands of emails to our readership to generate leads. Yes, we said “leads” which is universally unheard of in this industry. In essence, we choose a topic or some related story on financial services and personalise a mass info-mail to the database. Presently, our database is close to 250k so the company enjoys the latest dedicated server and broadcasting facilities to manage this traffic. As leads arrive, they are meta tagged to correspond to the Wealth Manager to whom it belongs allowing him/her to contact the lead immediately anywhere in the world. Globaleye hopes to remove the “cold call” and “prospecting” activities of the Wealth Manager altogether since we recognise that speaking to Clients and creating financial planning solutions should be your key attribute and activity.

ImageOur website has a Wealth Manager only section whereby you will find supporting documentation like applications, reference letters, reason why letters, company handbook and the GPS (Globaleye Portfolio Service). The GPS was designed to alleviate the problems for Wealth Managers selecting appropriate funds for Clients and then being able to effectively monitor those funds on a regular basis. The GPS gives a monthly report online to all Clients using this system whether for regular savings or capital investments staight into their Inbox. If the Client requires a valuation then through the website they can request the same and a member of the CRM team will oblige. We have a dedicated Client Relationship Team whose sole activity is to contact our Clients to ensure they are OK - this is a salaried position so the Client does not feel they are being "sold to".

ImageThis technology is all well and good but we are also a very active company with regards to sponsorship and publicity. We sponsored the Arabian Gulf RFU Referees, England Ladies Squad and the Pie and Pint Pilgrims for the Rugby 7’s tournament, English College Junior Rugby squad in Dubai, Globaleye Invitational Golf Tournament, Team Globaleye SuperStock Motor Cycle (Suzuki) to name but a few. Moreover, we feature in the local Press, regularly being on the panel of experts for the Gulf News and Property Weekly. We regularly appear in other publications like Investment International, Policy ME, Human Assets, Property World ME, Al Majlis, Investment Adviser among others. Similarly, we are frequently asked to feature on local radio (Dubai Eye, 103.8FM and Radio 4) and more recently on terrestrial TV with Al Aqariya and City 7 which has a viewship of over 90 million. We have brochures, diaries, wheel covers, cufflinks, caps, t-shirts, flyers etc all of which we use to promote the Globaleye message. We are keen on CSR (Coroporate Social Responsibility) and actively support Foresight and Little Wings Foundation.
