 Well done to Mikail Mirza, Abdul Rehman Chugtai and Martino Picotti who won prizes at our recent seminar in the Kempinski Hotel. If you would like to know more about the event then read on … The evening was well attended as part of our ongoing series of seminars bringing essential information during these particularly troubled financial times. As part of our back-to-basics theme, we were supported on the evening from M.A.C. Davidson who gave an insightful presentation into the uses of Wills with a particular reference to Sharia and protecting your assets in the United Arab Emirates in the event of your demise. This was followed by an Offshore Trust presentation which led nicely on from the uses of Wills and how Trusts can protect your worldwide assets and if structured correctly, mitigate exposure to Death Taxes, Creditors, ex-spouses and provide a legacy for your loved ones. Skandia’s Trust expert regularly trips to Dubai and both professional organizations are accessible through Globaleye as part of our preferential service to our Clients.
