 One of our more energetic Wealth Managers recently returned to Dubai from successfully conquering the ING New York City Marathon.Ben Lester, along with his best friend Toby, ran the entire 26.2 miles in 3 hours 53 minutes in aid of children's cancer charity organisation Kidscan. The premier event of New York Road Runners, the ING New York City Marathon is one of the world's great road races, drawing more than 100,000 applicants. The race attracts many world-class professional athletes, not only for the more than $600,000 in prize money, but also for the chance to excel in the media capital of the world before two million cheering spectators and 315 million worldwide television viewers. As Ben would attest, crossing that finish line in Central Park is one of the great thrills of a lifetime. Well done, Ben. Your Globaleye family is proud of you. |
