 Have you ever seen a wheel chair float? There were plenty of them last Friday at Dubai Festival City!For the third year running, Team Globaleye beat 13 other teams to the finish line and won in the recently concluded Floating Wheelchair Race. As the team paddled to victory, the rest of Globaleye's contingent handed over a charitable contribution to Reaching U. Read on to find out more about this annual charity event.  The floating wheel chairs were sponsored for the event by 'Reaching U' programme. Dirham Wa Bas collected donations towards funds for medical treatment and teamed up with Reaching U's goal to bring awareness and acceptance of children with special needs to society. Globaleye is no stranger to worthwhile causes and continue to be staunch supporters of charitable organisations such as Foresight and Little Wings Foundation. |
