We don't like thinking about morbid issues like dying and what happens to the ones we leave behind. If you die intestate (without a Will) then your estate could remain tangled up in probate for up to 2 years! Moreover, you may realise that Sharia Law does not readily recognise Wills since this is typically an English Law document. However, there is a facility to have it locally notarised here in Dubai if required.
